A1 (Beginner) Level conversations: (17)Time and Dates

Tom: Hey Jessica! How’s it going today?

Jessica: Hi Tom! It’s good, thanks. How about yours?

Tom: Not bad. Do you happen to have the time right now? I’ve got a meeting at 3, and I want to make sure I’m not running late.

Jessica: Sure, let me check. Oh, it’s almost 2:30 now.

Tom: Perfect, thanks. Any plans for the weekend?

Jessica: Yeah, I’m meeting some friends for brunch on Saturday. We’re thinking of catching up at this cute cafe around 11 in the morning.

Tom: Sounds nice! I’ve got a soccer game on Sunday at 4 in the afternoon. Our team is playing a pretty important match.

Jessica: Oh, that sounds exciting! I didn’t know you played soccer. Mind if I join and cheer for your team?

Tom: Not at all! That would be great. The more, the merrier. We usually meet at the field around 3:30. Will that work for you?

Jessica: Absolutely! I’ll be there, and I’ll bring some snacks to enjoy during the game.

Tom: Awesome! Looking forward to it. It’s been a while since I’ve had friends at the game.

Jessica: It’s a plan then. Brunch on Saturday and soccer on Sunday. I’m excited!

Tom: Me too! The weekend looks like it’s going to be enjoyable.

Jessica: Definitely. Alright, I’ll let you get back to your day. See you at the game on Sunday!

Tom: Sounds good! See you then, Jessica. Have a great day!
